贵州省马尾松和杉木纤维增强高密度聚乙烯复合材料

【摘要】:利用两步挤出法分别制备马尾松和杉木纤维增强高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料,研究两种复合材料的颜色、密度、硬度、尺寸稳定性、弯曲、拉伸、冲击和在50 N载荷作用下的24 h蠕变-24 h回复性能。马尾松纤维/HDPE复合材料的表面明度明显大于杉木纤维/HDPE复合材料,且相对偏向绿黄色,而杉木纤维/HDPE复合材料则偏向红蓝色。两种材料的密度、硬度和24 h吸水率相差均不超过5%,但马尾松纤维/HDPE复合材料的24h吸水厚度膨胀率是杉木纤维/HDPE复合材料的3.43倍。杉木纤维/HDPE复合材料的力学性能明显优于马尾松纤维/HDPE复合材料,而马尾松纤维/HDPE复合材料抗蠕变性较好,50 N的载荷作用下24 h的应变仅为杉木纤维/HDPE复合材料的77.29%,但回复性能相对稍差。
[Abstract]:Masson pine and Chinese fiber-reinforced high density polyethylene (HDPE) (HDPE) composites were prepared by two-step extrusion method. The color, density, hardness, dimensional stability, bending and tensile properties of the two composites were studied. Impact and 24 h creep-24 h recovery under 50 N load. The surface brightness of Masson pine fiber / HDPE composite is obviously higher than that of Chinese fir / HDPE composite, and it is relatively green and yellow, while that of Chinese fir / HDPE composite is red and blue. The density, hardness and 24 h water absorption of the two materials were not more than 5, but the water absorption thickness expansion ratio of Masson pine fiber / HDPE composite was 3.43 times of that of the Chinese fiber-fiber / HDPE composite. The mechanical properties of fir / HDPE composites are obviously superior to those of Masson pine fiber / HDPE composites. However, the creep resistance of Masson pine fiber / HDPE composite is better than that of Chinese fir / HDPE composite under the loading of 50 N. The strain of 24 h is only 77.29 of that of Chinese fiber-HDPE composite, but the recovery property is relatively poor.
