纳米异质结构光催化剂的合成与性质表征

【摘要】:本论文介绍了纳米异质结构光催化剂的制备与性质研究。 第一章绪论中,对纳米异质结构材料的研究现状进行了概述,总结了目前关于污水处理问题的研究进展;第二章中,采用简单的一步水热法制备了Fe3O4纳米粒子/FeWO4纳米线异质结构,探究了产物的结构、形貌、磁性和光催化性质;第三章中,先用两相水热法制备出Fe3O4多面体,然后再用水热合成法将Fe3O4与WO3复合,最终制备出γ-Fe2O3/WO30.5H2O异质结构,讨论了不同反应条件对产物结构和形貌的影响,研究产物光催化活性;第四章中,,先用回流法制备出表面光滑的Cu2O纳米球,然后通过自我氧化法得到了海胆状Cu2O/CuO纳米异质结构,氧化时间影响产物的形貌和组成,复合后产物具有更大的比表面积,探究了Cu2O/CuO对甲基橙染料吸附和降解特性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preparation and properties of nano-heterostructure photocatalysts are introduced. In the first chapter, the research status of nanoscale heterostructure materials is summarized, and the current research progress on wastewater treatment is summarized. The structure, morphology, magnetic properties and photocatalytic properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles / FeWO4 nanowires were prepared by a simple one-step hydrothermal method. In Chapter 3, Fe3O4 polyhedrons were prepared by two-phase hydrothermal method. Then the Fe3O4 and WO3 were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis, and the 纬 -Fe _ 2O _ 3 / WO _ 30.5H _ 2O heterostructure was prepared. The effects of different reaction conditions on the structure and morphology of the product were discussed, and the photocatalytic activity of the product was studied. Cu2O nanospheres with smooth surface were prepared by reflux method, and then sea urchin Cu2O/CuO nanoscale heterostructures were obtained by self-oxidation method. The oxidation time affected the morphology and composition of the products, and the composite products had a larger specific surface area. The adsorption and degradation characteristics of methyl orange dyes by Cu2O/CuO were investigated.
