工艺参数对FDM试件力学性能的影响的实验研究

【摘要】:为了探究熔融沉积成型(FDM)打印件的力学性能,本文从成型工艺设置角度着手,采用正交实验法,就分层厚度、轮廓宽度、打印速度对FDM工艺的打印件力学性能的影响进行了详细地研究。通过优化工艺参数,试图获得最佳的打印工艺参数,来实现提高FDM打印件力学性能。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the mechanical properties of (FDM) printed parts formed by melt deposition, this paper, from the point of view of forming process setting, adopts the orthogonal test method to study the delamination thickness and contour width. The effect of printing speed on mechanical properties of printed parts in FDM process is studied in detail. By optimizing the process parameters, we try to obtain the best printing process parameters to improve the mechanical properties of FDM printing parts.
