3D打印用聚乳酸复合材料的研究

【摘要】:通过正交试验研究了滑石粉、复合聚合物弹性体、甘油和钛酸酯偶联剂的加入量对聚乳酸复合材料的熔融指数、断裂伸长率、拉伸强度及冲击强度的影响,从而得到了3D打印用聚乳酸复合材料的最佳配方。应用实例表明:该聚乳酸复合材料性能优异,环保无毒,打印流畅,打印成品表面光洁,尺寸稳定,不易收缩,很好地解决了打印产品的翘曲、开裂、粘结性差等问题。
[Abstract]:The effects of talc powder, composite polymer elastomer, glycerol and titanate coupling agent on the melting index, elongation at break, tensile strength and impact strength of polylactic acid composites were studied by orthogonal test. The best formula of polylactic acid composite material for 3D printing was obtained. The application example showed that the polylactic acid composite material was used as an example. Excellent material performance, non-toxic environmental protection, printing and smooth, printed finished surface smooth, stable size, not easy to shrink, well solved the warpage, cracking, poor bonding and other problems of printing products.
