利用模板材料制备球形纳米氧化铝粉末的研究

【摘要】:以阿拉伯树胶粉、阿拉伯树胶粉和P123混合试剂为模板,以硫酸铝为铝源,尿素为沉淀剂,采用模板法合成纳米球形氧化铝。用XRD、IR、SEM、TEM、N2吸附脱附分析测试手段对所制取的氧化铝进行表征,研究合成温度、合成时间、模板的添加量、混合模板的质量比以及煅烧温度对氧化铝结构特征的影响。实验表明在以阿拉伯树胶粉为模板时,合成温度、合成时间和阿拉伯树胶粉的添加量对氧化铝的形貌和结构有着较大影响。当合成温度为140℃,合成时间为3h,阿拉伯树胶粉为1.0g时,所制备的前驱体在600℃下煅烧2h获得球形的氧化铝,所制备氧化铝颗粒的球形度较高,比表面积为184.6m3/g,平均孔径在3.6nm和8.5nm左右。其中,孔径较小的呈现集中分布,孔径较大的分布比较宽。与阿拉伯树胶粉作模板相比,双模板(阿拉伯树胶粉和P123)在水系环境下合成的氧化铝在形貌和结构上均表现不同。当P123和阿拉伯树胶粉的质量比为1:1时,所制备的氧化铝形貌特征最佳,尺寸均一、分散性较好,平均孔径在13.1nm左右,孔径分布较宽,比表面积为159.1m2/g,孔容为0.30cm3/g。实验表明P123的添入有助于氧化铝晶体结构的发育。氧化铝前驱体在不同煅烧温度下制备的氧化铝在形貌和结构上均有一定的差异。研究表明,当温度为600℃时,氧化铝颗粒的形貌特征最佳,大多数为球状,颗粒的表面光滑,孪生现象较低。随着煅烧温度的升高,产物从无定型态薄水铝石转变为γ-Al2O3,进而转变为α-Al2O3。
