CFRP高温腐蚀的监测及数值模拟研究

【摘要】:碳纤维增强复合材料自上世纪诞生以来在人类的各行各业都在扮演越来越重要的作用。由于其轻质高强等特点,其在航天航空领域也获得了重大应用。但苛刻的环境会使碳纤维增强复合材料形成各种形式的损伤。其中,腐蚀损伤更是对国家财产安全、人民生命安全、军用民用飞机造成了巨大威胁。本文以腐蚀损伤中的高温氧化腐蚀为研究对象,具体探讨了碳纤维增强复合材料高温氧化腐蚀的机理及监测。本文首先对碳纤维增强复合材料的组成、类型及其损伤、腐蚀损伤的分类、现有检测方法进行了归纳整理。针对飞机发动机中碳纤维增强复合材料构件所处的400~1300℃以上的高温环境,将碳纤维增强复合材料的氧化腐蚀机理按温度划分为若干个区间进行分析,并利用多物理场耦合软件Comsol着重研究了碳纤维增强复合材料在400-700℃下的氧化腐蚀过程。借助计算机仿真技术以及布拉格光纤光栅应变实验中采集的数据,本文对利用布拉格光纤光栅传感器监测碳纤维增强复合材料高温氧化腐蚀进行了可行性研究。最后得出结论,多物理场耦合软件Comsol能够模拟碳纤维增强复合材料腐蚀,并可综合考虑过程中涉及的物质转换、热量传递、几何形状等因素;利用布拉格光纤光栅传感得到的应变数据能够实时监测碳纤维增强复合材料在高温下的氧化腐蚀情况。
[Abstract]:Carbon fiber reinforced composites (CFRP) have been playing an increasingly important role in various industries since the birth of the last century. Because of its light weight and high strength, it has been widely used in aerospace field. But harsh conditions can cause various forms of damage to carbon fiber reinforced composites. Among them, corrosion damage is a great threat to national property safety, people's life safety and military civil aircraft. In this paper, the mechanism and monitoring of high temperature oxidation corrosion of carbon fiber reinforced composites are discussed. In this paper, the composition, types, damage and corrosion damage of carbon fiber reinforced composites are classified and the existing detection methods are summarized.
