WC基体育器械用复合材料的制备及磨损性能研究

【摘要】:研究了烧结温度和SiC晶须含量对WC基体育器械用复合材料的显微形貌、抗弯强度、断裂韧性、硬度和摩擦磨损性能的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明,当SiC晶须含量分别为0.4%和0.6%时,WC基复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性都随着烧结温度的提高而呈现先增加而后降低的趋势,在烧结温度为1 400℃时取得最大值;随着SiC晶须含量的增加,SiC晶须改性WC基复合材料的硬度呈现先增加而后降低的趋势,在SiC晶须含量为0.4%时取得硬度最大值;随着载荷的增加,不同SiC晶须含量的WC基复合材料的摩擦系数整体呈现逐渐降低的趋势;在相同的载荷条件下,SiC晶须含量为0.4%时WC基复合材料的摩擦系数最小。
