低表面能BOPP膜用水性环保封口胶的制备和研究

【摘要】:BOPP薄膜,全称是双向拉伸聚烯薄膜,聚烯树脂通过挤出流延纵横拉伸热定型等过程制造而得表面能很,一般于30达因(dyn),当300g/m2 BOPP膜卡纸和300 g/m2卡纸粘合,常用的纯水性粘合剂很难达到粘接破纸效果而目前面的表面能BOPP膜用封口胶,均含苯或苯等机溶剂,对人体健康和境较大的害所以,开发粘接效果好用于表面能BOPP膜的水性保封口胶(简记水性胶)广阔的场前景本论文探讨了水性保封口胶原料对表面能BOPP膜粘接性能的影响,通过调节原料添比例,来改善水性胶对表面能BOPP膜的粘接效果要从以四个方面对水性胶进行改进研究(1)筛选玻璃化转温度Tg对表面能BOPP膜优良附着力的聚烯酸酯乳液(2)比较类型增粘树脂乳液对表面能BOPP膜的增粘效果,选择最合的增粘树脂乳液(3)添能降水性胶极性,增强粘接效果的能乳液—天然胶乳(4)筛选的润湿助剂,提升水性胶对表面能BOPP膜的润湿能力通过研究水性胶样品的度p H值老化稳定性等,确定水性胶体系的储存稳定性通过水性胶拉伸强度持粘力和粘接情况的对比研究,确定水性胶对表面能BOPP膜卡纸和卡纸的粘接效果通过述对比研究,水性保封口胶的最佳配方55 wt%聚烯酸酯乳液(Tg-30°C),30 wt%松香萜烯树脂乳液和15 wt%能乳液以及少润湿剂面的溶剂型封口胶相比,该水性胶无毒保,储存稳定性和粘接效果完全能达到场客户的要求
[Abstract]:BOPP film, full name is biaxially stretched polyene film, polyene resin is produced by extrusion flow stretching heat setting process and so on, the surface energy is very high, generally 30 dyne (dyn), when 300g/m2 BOPP film paper and 300 g/m2 card paper bonding, The commonly used pure water-based binder is difficult to achieve the effect of adhesive breaking paper. At present, the surface energy of BOPP film used for sealing adhesive contains benzene or benzene and other machine solvents, which is harmful to human health and environment. The wide Field Prospect of Waterborne Sealant (Waterborne adhesive) used for Surface Energy BOPP Film in this paper, the influence of waterborne sealing adhesive raw material on the adhesion performance of surface energy BOPP film is discussed. By adjusting the proportion of raw material, In order to improve the adhesion effect of water-borne adhesive to surface energy BOPP film, we should improve the adhesion of water-borne adhesive from four aspects. (1) the glass transition temperature (Tg) is selected to improve the adhesion of surface energy BOPP film. (2) the type of tackifying tree is compared. The viscosity enhancement effect of lipid emulsion on surface energy BOPP membrane. Select the most suitable tackifying resin emulsion (3) to reduce the polarity of water soluble adhesive and enhance the bonding effect of the energy emulsion-natural latex (4) to select the wetting agent, To improve the wettability of waterborne adhesive to surface energy BOPP film the storage stability of water-borne adhesive system was determined by comparing the tensile strength and adhesion of water-borne adhesive by studying the degree pH value aging stability of water-borne adhesive. To determine the adhesive effect of waterborne adhesive on the surface energy BOPP film paper and paper card through the comparative study, The optimum formula of waterborne sealing adhesive is 55 wt% polyolenic acid ester emulsion (Tg-30 掳C) 30 wt% rosin terpene resin emulsion, 15 wt% energy emulsion and solvent type sealant with less wetting agent surface. Storage stability and bonding effect can meet the requirements of field customers
