基于均匀设计和多元非线性回归法优化制备改性钠基蒙脱土

【摘要】:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为改性剂改性钠基蒙脱土,基于均匀设计和多元非线性回归法考察了去离子水用量、CTAB用量、搅拌速度、搅拌温度和滴加时间对改性钠基蒙脱土片层间距的影响,表征了改性钠基蒙脱土的组成、结构和微观形貌.结果表明,改性钠基蒙脱土的相容性提高,片层间距显著增加,各因素对改性钠基蒙脱土片层间距的影响程度为CTAB用量?搅拌温度?搅拌速度?去离子水用量?滴加时间.优化的改性钠基蒙脱土方案为:去离子水用量358 g,CTAB用量0.47 g,搅拌速度2853 r/min,搅拌温度75.6℃,滴加时间128 min.
[Abstract]:Sodium montmorillonite was modified with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as modifier. The dosage and stirring rate of deionized water were investigated based on uniform design and multivariate nonlinear regression method. The effects of stirring temperature and dropping time on the interlamellar spacing of modified sodium montmorillonite were investigated. The composition, structure and microstructure of modified sodium montmorillonite were characterized. The results showed that the compatibility of modified sodium montmorillonite was improved and the interlamellar spacing was significantly increased. The effect of various factors on the interlamellar spacing of modified sodium montmorillonite was the amount of CTAB. Stirring temperature? Stirring speed? Deionized water? Add time. The optimized modified sodium montmorillonite was as follows: the dosage of deionized water was 358g CTAB 0.47g, the stirring speed was 2853 r / min, the stirring temperature was 75.6 鈩,
