一类梯度涂层复合介质材料的有效非线性交流电响应
[Abstract]:Composite dielectric material is a new material which is composed of two or more kinds of single component materials with different properties by physical or chemical means. It can maintain the advantages of all kinds of single component materials, overcome the defects of single materials, and expand the application range of materials. Nowadays, the comprehensive properties of composite dielectric materials are superior to those of raw materials to meet different demands. The research on the properties of composite dielectric materials has always been a hot topic for scientists. The properties and applications of their optical and magnetic properties have been paid more attention to by physicists. A nonlinear composite medium composed of granular impurities placed randomly in the matrix plays an important role in engineering applications. For this kind of composite dielectric materials, the external electric field has a great influence on the effective nonlinear response. For different external electric fields, the effectiveness response is also different. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the effective response of this kind of composite medium. In this paper, the perturbation expansion method is used to investigate the impurity coated by column gradient coating under the action of E_a=E_1 sin (蠅 t) E 3 sin (3 蠅 t). The effective nonlinear alternating current responses of two kinds of nonlinear composite media composed of two kinds of nonlinear composite media with spherical gradient coating impurity are randomly embedded into the matrix. The potential distributions of the composite medium in the impurity core, coating and matrix region are given respectively. At low impurity concentration, the effective nonlinear AC response of the composite medium and their relationship are given. The main contents of this paper are as follows. The research background, current situation and main research contents of effective nonlinear AC response of composite medium are briefly summarized. Using the perturbation expansion method, Under the action of external alternating current field E_a=E_1 sin (蠅 t) E 3 sin (3 蠅 t), the effective nonlinear response of two kinds of spherical and cylindrical granular impurities with gradient coatings placed irregularly in the matrix is discussed, respectively. The potential distribution of the two kinds of composite media in the impurity nucleus, coating and matrix region is given respectively. In the case of low impurity concentration, the effective nonlinear AC response of all nonlinear composite media at fundamental and third-order harmonic frequencies and the relationship between their coefficients are given. The results obtained in this paper are discussed and summarized, and the future research work is prospected.
