EPDM发泡减振材料结构与性能的关系研究

【摘要】:本文比较系统的研究了炭黑、硫化体系、石蜡油用量、防老剂、EPDM结构及老化条件对EPDM发泡减振材料结构与性能的影响,并借助弹性体测试系统(MTS)对发泡材料的动静刚度进行了分析表征。研究结果表明:随炭黑用量的增加,胶料力学性能变好,泡孔形貌得到改善,但动静刚度比逐渐增大。炭黑N330填充的胶料力学性能较高,炭黑N550填充的胶料泡孔形貌较好。炭黑并用配比对发泡材料力学性能影响较小,并用炭黑N330/N550配比为30/40时,损耗因子最大,动静刚度比最小。胶料泡孔尺寸随硫化剂用量增加而逐渐减小,综合力学性能变好,最佳硫黄与DCP用量分别为1.5份和3份。助交联剂TAIC与DCP配比为1/1时能更加有效的促进交联,提升力学性能。DCP/S复合硫化体系中,硫黄对发泡材料的性能的影响比DCP的大。胶料力学性能随石蜡油用量增加而降低,石蜡油用量为15份时,综合力学性能最好,动静刚度比最小。对比不同防护体系,RD/4020用量为1/1份时,发泡胶料得到较好的综合性能。不同牌号的EPDM生胶对其发泡材料的力学性能影响不同。随老化温度升高和时间的延长,单位面积内的泡孔数量增多,尺寸减小,静刚度变化率减小。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of carbon black, vulcanization system, paraffin oil content, antioxidant, EPDM structure and aging conditions on the structure and properties of EPDM foam damping materials were studied systematically. The dynamic and dynamic stiffness of foamed materials was analyzed and characterized by means of elastomer test system (MTS). The results show that with the increase of the amount of carbon black, the mechanical properties of the compound become better, the morphology of the foam pore is improved, but the ratio of static and static stiffness increases gradually. The rubber filled with carbon black N330 has higher mechanical properties, and the foam filled with carbon black N550 has better morphology. When the N330/N550 ratio of carbon black is 30 / 40, the loss factor is the largest and the ratio of static and static stiffness is the smallest. With the increase of the amount of curing agent, the pore size of rubber foam decreases gradually, and the comprehensive mechanical properties become better. The optimum amount of sulfur and DCP is 1.5 phr and 3 phr respectively. When the ratio of co-crosslinking agent TAIC and DCP is 1 / 1, it can promote crosslinking more effectively and improve mechanical properties. In DCP/S compound vulcanization system, sulfur has more influence on the properties of foaming materials than DCP. The mechanical properties of the compound decreased with the increase of the amount of paraffin oil. When the dosage of paraffin oil was 15 phr, the comprehensive mechanical properties were the best and the ratio of static and static stiffness was the smallest. Compared with different protective systems, when the amount of RD/4020 is 1 / 1 phr, the foaming gum has better comprehensive properties. Different grades of EPDM raw rubber have different effects on the mechanical properties of foamed materials. With the increase of aging temperature and the prolongation of time, the number of bubble holes per unit area increases, the size decreases and the static stiffness rate decreases.
