碳纳米管组装技术研究进展

【摘要】:碳纳米管(CNT)具有独特的结构以及优异的力学、电学、热学性能,有望在新材料、新能源、微纳电子、生物、光学等诸多领域发挥潜在的应用价值,组装是CNT在微纳电子等领域得以应用的前提。近年来,CNT组装技术的研究得到了迅速发展,这些技术包括介电电泳(DEP)组装、化学气相沉积(CVD)法直接生长组装、自组装、探针组装、Langmuir-Blodgett(L-B)法组装及吹泡(BBF)法组装等。本文介绍了常见的CNT组装方法,对这些组装方法的研究现状进行了综述,总结了各自的适用场合,为探索高效、稳定的CNT组装方法和拓展CNT的应用提供帮助。
[Abstract]:Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have unique structure and excellent mechanical, electrical and thermal properties, which are expected to play a potential role in new materials, new energy, micro-nano electronics, biology, optics and many other fields. Assembly is the prerequisite for the application of CNT in micro-nano-electronics and other fields. In recent years, the research of CNT assembly technology has been developed rapidly. These technologies include dielectric electrophoresis (DEP) assembly, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) direct growth assembly, self-assembly, probe assembly, Langmuir-Blodgett (L-B) assembly and bubble (BBF) assembly. In this paper, the common CNT assembly methods are introduced, the research status of these methods is summarized, and their respective applicable situations are summarized, which can be helpful to explore efficient and stable CNT assembly methods and to expand the application of CNT.
