用U形切槽梁同时测定准脆性材料的拉伸强度和断裂韧度:实验分析

【摘要】:在U形切槽梁双参数测试法理论推导基础上,试验了21个大理岩U形切槽梁试样,用双参数法确定其拉伸强度和断裂韧度.为了保证测试结果的有效性,在断裂后的半截U形切槽梁上钻取了8个巴西圆盘试样和7个人字形切槽巴西圆盘试样,分别单独测试其拉伸强度和断裂韧度.不同方法测试结果比较表明:由U形切槽梁双参数测试法得到的拉伸强度和断裂韧度分别与用巴西圆盘试样测得的拉伸强度和用人字形切槽巴西圆盘试样测得的断裂韧度接近.用Gómez有关文献中PMMA材料的U形切槽梁实验数据进行分析,再次证实了U形切槽梁双参数测试法的有效性.
[Abstract]:On the basis of the theoretical derivation of the two-parameter test method for U-cut beam, 21 specimens of U-cut beam of marble were tested, and the tensile strength and fracture toughness of the specimens were determined by two-parameter method. In order to ensure the validity of the test results, 8 Brazilian disk specimens and 7 individual zigzag notched Brazilian disk specimens were drilled on the half-cut U-shaped notched beam after fracture. The tensile strength and fracture toughness of the specimens were measured separately. The results of different test methods show that the tensile strength and fracture toughness obtained from the double parameter test of U-shaped notched beam are close to those obtained from the Brazilian disc specimen and the human zigzag cut groove Brazilian disc specimen, respectively.The results show that the tensile strength and fracture toughness obtained by the two-parameter test method are similar to those obtained from the Brazilian circular disk specimen with the zigzag groove. By using the experimental data of PMMA material in G 贸 mez's literature, the validity of the two-parameter test method of U-shaped notched beam is proved again.
