多触角甲基丙烯酸膨润土的可控制备及其应用

【摘要】:本文采用甲基丙烯酸共价接枝改性碱性钙基膨润土,并对其进行了红外光谱分析仪,X射线衍射仪,扫描电镜等表征。结果表明:甲基丙烯酸通过体积效应和中和反应放热效应有效剥离碱性钙基膨润土;甲基丙烯酸根并有效连接在膨润土片层上形成多触角甲基丙烯酸膨润土片层;通过对改性体系的结构性能设计、合成工艺的严格监控,考察了有机改性膨润土的结构与工艺条件间的影响规律,获得了制备多触角甲基丙烯酸膨润土(MAABMT)的工艺参数。将甲基丙烯酸膨润土以“超”高填充量添加至聚丙烯酸钠聚合物中制备复合材料,考察MAABMT的添加量,交联剂的用量,引发剂的用量以及中和度对复合材料的吸水性的影响,在最优条件下,其吸水率高达1287g/g;同PAA吸水材料相比,该复合材料具有较好的保水性能;并对该复合材料进行吸水动力学研究,结果表明该复合材料吸水速率快,吸水性也较强;同时对MAABMT的触角数量、结构、性能等因素对复合材料中膨润土与聚丙烯酸钠基体间的相容性的影响进行了研究,结果表明多触角的结构极大改善了复合材料中两相间的相容性。将MAABMT应用于重金属Cu2+与有机污染物亚甲基蓝进行吸附研究,并对MAABMT的触角数量及结构等因素与吸附效率之间的影响规律进行探讨,结果表明,甲基丙烯酸膨润土对Cu2+和亚甲基蓝有很好的吸附效果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, basic calcium bentonite was modified by covalent grafting of methacrylic acid, and characterized by infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that methacrylic acid can effectively peel off basic calcium bentonite by volume effect and neutralization reaction exothermic effect, and methacrylate radical can effectively connect to bentonite lamellae to form multiple antennae methacrylate bentonite lamellae. Through the design of the structure and properties of the modified system and the strict monitoring of the synthesis process, the influence of the structure and the technological conditions of the organic modified bentonite was investigated, and the process parameters for the preparation of polyantennal bentonite methacrylate (MAABMT) were obtained. Bentonite methacrylate was added to the polyacrylate polymer to prepare the composite with "super" high filling amount. The effects of the addition amount of MAABMT, the amount of crosslinking agent, the amount of initiator and the neutralization degree on the water absorption of the composite were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the water absorption rate is as high as 1287g / g; Compared with the PAA absorbent material, the composite has better water retention performance, and the water absorption kinetics of the composite is studied. The results show that the water absorption rate of the composite is faster and the water absorption is stronger. At the same time, the effects of the number, structure and properties of MAABMT on the compatibility between bentonite and sodium polyacrylate matrix were studied. The results showed that the structure of multiple antennae greatly improved the compatibility between the two phases in the composite. MAABMT was applied to the adsorption of heavy metal Cu2 and organic pollutant methylene blue, and the influence of the number and structure of MAABMT on the adsorption efficiency was discussed. Bentonite methacrylate has a good adsorption effect on Cu2 and methylene blue.
