磷石膏-高铝水泥双掺增强水泥固化有机质土强度室内试验研究(英文)

【摘要】:为了改善有机质土的工程特性,通过向水泥中外掺磷石膏与高铝水泥的方法,研发了一种新型的有机质土固化剂.通过室内试验研究了新型固化剂对人工配制有机质土强度的增强效果,并比选固化剂的最优配方.对不同配方固化剂固化有机质土开展了无侧向抗压强度试验和固化土孔隙液p H值测试.试验结果表明,外掺磷石膏与高铝水泥后固化有机质土的无侧限抗压强度可达800~1 200 k Pa.p H值测试结果表明,高碱性环境是得到高强度的必要而非充分条件,其与构成强度的主要矿物密切相关.XRD,SEM和MIP试验结果证实新矿物钙矾石的生成与孔隙填充有利于提高固化有机质土体强度.该研究成果可为有机质软土的固化提供一种新的解决方法.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the engineering characteristics of organic soil, a new organic soil curing agent was developed by adding phosphogypsum and high aluminum cement to cement. The strengthening effect of the new curing agent on the strength of artificially prepared organic soil was studied through laboratory experiments, and the optimum formulation of the curing agent was compared. The non-lateral compressive strength test and pore fluid pH value of solidified organic soil with different curing agents were carried out. The test results show that the unconfined compressive strength of the organic soil solidified with phosphogypsum and high aluminum cement can reach 800m 1 200k Pa.p H value. The results show that the high alkaline environment is the necessary but not sufficient condition for obtaining high strength. The results of XRD,SEM and MIP tests show that the formation and pore filling of the new mineral ettringite is beneficial to increase the strength of solidified organic soil. The research results can provide a new solution for the solidification of organic soft soil.
