航空类新型高温雷达吸波材料研究进展

【摘要】:受使用条件及环境因素的制约,航空用雷达吸波材料具有更为严格的使用温度要求。传统高温雷达吸波材料由于存在吸收频段窄、低频吸收性能差、抗氧化性能不佳等缺点,使用受到限制。本文综述了近年来研究较多的新型高温雷达吸波材料的研究现状,包括ZnO及其复合材料、Ti_3SiC_2及其复合材料等,总结了现阶段高温雷达吸波材料研究中面临的问题,并对高温雷达吸波材料的发展方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Due to the use conditions and environmental factors, radar absorbing materials for aeronautical applications have more stringent temperature requirements. The use of traditional high temperature radar absorbing materials is limited due to their narrow absorption band, poor low frequency absorption and poor oxidation resistance. In this paper, the recent research status of new high temperature radar absorbing materials, including ZnO and its composites, Ti_3SiC_2 and its composite materials, is reviewed, and the problems in the research of high temperature radar absorbing materials are summarized. The development trend of high temperature radar absorbing materials is also prospected.
