抄取无石棉密封垫片的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:鉴于石棉粉尘会危害人类健康,世界上许多发达国家已经投入了大量的人力和物力去开发新型的无石棉垫片,以期能达到如石棉垫片相同的性价比。因此,进一步优化无石棉垫片的选材和制作工艺,成为了当今密封技术领域的研究热点之一本文制作的无石棉密封垫片主要原料为无石棉纤维、填料、胶乳和化学助剂。选用芳纶浆粕为增强纤维,纤维素纤维和矿物棉纤维为混杂纤维,来替代石棉纤维;选用高岭土、滑石粉和云母为填料;选用丁腈胶乳和丁苯胶乳为弹性粘结剂;选用凝聚剂、消泡剂和絮凝剂为化学助剂。新研制的无石棉密封垫片具备制作工艺简单、密封性能卓越、密封效果良好和高性价比等特点。根据选定的配方制作了无石棉密封垫片,并对该密封垫片的密度、拉伸强度、压缩回弹性能、蠕变松弛性能及烧失量进行了分析和测算。结果表明,研制的无石棉密封垫片达到了预期的性能指标,也就表明了研制的无石棉密封垫片可以替代传统的石棉垫片。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that asbestos dust is harmful to human health, many developed countries have invested a great deal of manpower and material resources to develop new stone-free cotton pads in order to achieve the same performance-price ratio as stone cotton pads. Therefore, the further optimization of the material selection and manufacturing process of asbestos free cotton pad has become one of the research hotspots in the field of sealing technology. The main raw materials of this paper are asbestos-free fibers, fillers, latex and chemical auxiliaries. Aramid pulp was used as reinforcing fiber, cellulose fiber and mineral cotton fiber as hybrid fiber to replace asbestos fiber, kaolin, talc powder and mica as filler. Butyronitrile latex and benzene butadiene latex were used as elastic binder, coagulant, defoamer and flocculant were used as chemical auxiliaries. The newly developed asbestos-free sealing gasket is characterized by simple manufacturing process, excellent sealing performance, good sealing effect and high performance to price ratio. According to the selected formula, the asbestos-free sealing gasket was made. The density, tensile strength, compression resilience, creep relaxation property and burning loss of the gasket were analyzed and calculated. The results show that the asbestos-free sealing gasket has achieved the expected performance index, which indicates that the developed asbestos-free sealing gasket can replace the traditional stone cotton gasket.
