基于霍夫变换的三维编织复合材料预制件表面编织角测量

【摘要】:针对三维编织复合材料预制件表面编织角人工测量准确性差、效率低等问题,提出了一种基于霍夫变换的三维编织复合材料预制件表面编织角测量方法.首先对图像进行倾斜校正,然后根据水平灰度投影曲线相邻波峰、波谷的位置分割出每一行花节,并计算编织材料的纹理方向;基于霍夫变换去除每一行第一个不完整的花节,并在此基础上分割出所有完整花节;在每一个花节区域利用霍夫变换检测直线,根据两条交叉直线的斜率计算得到每一个花节的编织角.实验结果表明:本文方法的测量绝对误差小于0.5°.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of poor accuracy and low efficiency in measuring the surface braiding angle of 3D braided composite preforms, a method of measuring the surface braiding angle of 3D braided composite preforms based on Hough transform is proposed. Firstly, the image is skew corrected, then each row of flower nodes is segmented according to the position of the wave peaks and troughs according to the horizontal gray projection curve, and the texture direction of the braided material is calculated. The first incomplete flower section of each row is removed based on the Hough transform and all the complete flower nodes are segmented on this basis. Hough transform is used to detect the straight line in each flower node region, and the weaving angle of each flower node is calculated according to the slope of two cross lines. The experimental results show that the absolute error of the method is less than 0.5 掳.
