含POSS的环氧树脂复合材料的制备与性能研究

【摘要】:近年来,国内外对于环氧树脂的研究进展迅速,传统的环氧树脂尽管有十分优秀的理化性能,但仍然存在一些缺陷,不足以满足工业生产及应用的需要,故对其性能的改善优化成为了现今的发展趋势[1-4]。为了克服环氧树脂的性脆和不耐高温等缺点,本文通过用笼型八聚倍半硅氧烷杂化物对环氧树脂改性,用来优化双酚A型环氧树脂的热学性能和机械性能,系统研究了新合成的杂化物的性质及其对双酚A型环氧树脂性能的影响。以自制的POSS-NH2为原料,按照顺序比例(1:6至1:14)依次加入对-甲苯基缩水甘油醚(TGE),通过开环反应合成了一类新型有机/无机醚类杂化物PTGE;在POSS-NH2中按照顺序比例(1:5至1:8)分别加入苯甲醛(BA)、对-二甲氨基苯甲醛(DABA),由于胺基与醛基易发生缩聚反应,分别得到亚胺类杂化物PBA、PDABA。通过溶解性测试、红外光谱、核磁氢谱热重分析等性能表征,对以上产物进行研究分析。将第一类醚类杂化物PTGE以不同的质量分数(5%-20%)添加至双酚A型环氧树脂中,制备一种新型的有机/无机杂化物改性环氧树脂复合材料。复合材料经固化后,通过研究其固化时间和温度,测试拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度、差示扫描量热、热重等分析,选择最佳制备条件,并通过XRD、SEM等测试研究其内部结构的变化。将第二类亚胺类杂化物PBA、PDABA分别以不同的质量分数添加至双酚A型环氧树脂中,同时制备出两种新型复合材料。由于PBA、PDABA是固体粉末,需对其在环氧树脂的溶解能力进行优化条件的研究。确定固化工艺后,通过热重、差示扫描量热、拉伸强度、冲击强度等热力学性能方面来比较,研究亚胺类杂化物内部结构的不同对环氧树脂改性的影响,最后筛选出最佳制备条件及添加量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research on epoxy resin has made rapid progress at home and abroad. Although the traditional epoxy resin has excellent physical and chemical properties, it still has some defects, which is not enough to meet the needs of industrial production and application. Therefore, the improvement and optimization of its performance has become the current trend of development [1-4]. In order to overcome the shortcomings of epoxy resin such as brittleness and high temperature resistance, the epoxy resin was modified by caged octasiloxane hybrid, which was used to optimize the thermal and mechanical properties of bisphenol A epoxy resin. The properties of the newly synthesized hybrid and its effect on the properties of bisphenol A epoxy resin were systematically studied. A novel organic / inorganic ether hybrid PTGE; was synthesized by ring-opening reaction of p-toluenyl glycidyl ether (TGE),) by adding p-toluene glycidyl ether (TGE),) in order of order (1:6 to 1:14) using self-made POSS-NH2 as raw material. In POSS-NH2, benzaldehyde (BA), p-Dimethylaminobenzaldehyde (DABA),) was added in an orderly proportion (1:5 to 1:8) to obtain imine hybrid PBA,PDABA. due to the easy condensation of amine group and aldehyde group. The above products were characterized by solubility test, IR spectrum and NMR thermogravimetric analysis. A novel organic / inorganic hybrid epoxy resin composite was prepared by adding the first kind of ether hybrid PTGE to bisphenol A epoxy resin with different mass fraction (5- 20%). After curing, the best preparation conditions were selected by studying the curing time and temperature, testing tensile strength, elongation at break, impact strength, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry, etc. The change of internal structure was studied by SEM et al. The second kind of imines hybrid PBA,PDABA was added to bisphenol A epoxy resin with different mass fraction, and two new composite materials were prepared at the same time. As PBA,PDABA is a solid powder, it is necessary to study the optimum conditions of its solubility in epoxy resin. The effects of different internal structures of imines on the modification of epoxy resin were studied by thermogravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), tensile strength, impact strength and other thermodynamic properties. Finally, the optimum preparation conditions and addition amount were selected.
