层联机织复合材料细观结构建模与仿真

【摘要】:层联机织复合材料克服了层间强度低、剪切强度差、易分层等缺陷,具有结构的多样性、形态的可设计性、性能的综合性、以及良好的成型性而受到了广泛的重视。但是鉴于其生产成本较高,生产效率较低的特点,对构件提前设计验证至关重要。计算机辅助工程CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)技术已广泛应用于航空、航天、机械、土木结构等领域,已成为工程和产品结构分析中必不可少的数值计算工具。但是将CAE技术应用在结构复杂的层联机织复合材料构件上,首先要解决层联机织复合材料的精确建模,如异型构件建模等问题。本文对比分析了不同纱线截面(圆形截面、跑道形截面、双凸透镜形截面、椭圆截面)的角联锁结构的细观几何关系。在分析细观结构的基础上,建立了筒状立体机织物细观几何模型。针对任意两椭圆公切线切点无法求解的问题,基于椭圆对称性原理和二分法求解思想,编写了迭代算法求解任意两椭圆内公切线程序。基于ABAQUS有限元软件,运用有限元法预测纤维束微元的弹性常数,并与桥联模型预测结果进行对比分析。在分析纤维排列规律基础上,使用PYTHON编程语言在ABAQUS上进行二次开发,编写了浸胶纤维束建模插件和纤维束微元的弹性常数预测插件。本课题在显微镜观察的基础上,假设纬纱为椭圆形截面,经纱为矩形截面,建立层联机织物细观几何模型,推导了纤维体积分数公式.编写了层联机织复合材料结构自动建模插件。
[Abstract]:Due to its low interlaminar strength, poor shear strength and easy delamination, laminated on-line woven composites have attracted much attention due to their diversity of structure, design of morphology, comprehensive properties and good formability. However, due to its high production cost and low production efficiency, it is very important to design and verify the components ahead of time. Computer aided engineering (CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) technology has been widely used in the fields of aeronautics, aerospace, machinery, civil engineering and so on, and has become an indispensable numerical calculation tool in engineering and product structure analysis. But when CAE technology is applied to the laminated woven composites with complicated structure, it is necessary to solve the problem of accurate modeling of the laminated on-line woven composite materials, such as modeling of special-shaped components, and so on. In this paper, the meso-geometric relationships of angular interlocking structures with different yarn sections (circular section, runway section, double convex lens section, elliptical section) are compared and analyzed. Based on the analysis of the mesoscopic structure, the mesoscopic geometric model of cylindrical three-dimensional woven fabric was established. In order to solve the problem that tangent points of any two ellipses can not be solved, an iterative algorithm for solving the internal tangent of any two ellipses is developed based on the elliptic symmetry principle and the idea of dichotomy. Based on ABAQUS finite element software, the elastic constants of fiber bundle microelements are predicted by finite element method, and the results are compared with those of bridge model. On the basis of analyzing the regularity of fiber arrangement, the PYTHON programming language is used to carry on the secondary development on ABAQUS, and the module for modeling the fiber bundle and the module for predicting the elastic constant of the fiber bundle microelement are compiled. On the basis of microscope observation, assuming that the weft is elliptical section and the warp yarn is rectangular section, the mesoscopic geometric model of layered on-line fabric is established, and the fiber volume fraction formula is derived. The automatic modeling plug-in for laminar woven composite structure is developed.
