PP-R复合材料力学性能及结晶行为的研究

【摘要】:采用注塑成型法制备PP-R复合材料,并结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微(POM)及X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)等技术,研究了PP-R复合材料的力学性能及结晶行为。结果表明,成核剂(WBGⅡ)对PP-R复合材料综合性能的影响较为明显。加成核剂(WBGⅡ)后,PP-R(RP2400)的冲击强度(29.76 kJ/m~2)与PP-R(T4401)的冲击强度(28.68 kJ/m~2)分别增为56.63、46.82 kJ/m~2,各自提高了90.29%、63.25%;而对拉伸强度和弯曲强度的影响较小。同时,成核剂(WBGⅡ)的加入,能促进PP-R复合材料晶粒细化,诱导α晶型向β晶型转变,从而改善其冲击韧性。
