基于含时金兹堡—朗道方程的磁通动力学模拟

【摘要】:本文对超导的研究历史进行了简要回顾,介绍了描述第1I类超导体混合态性质的Ginzburg-Landau理论,然后对由通过变分得到的第一、二G-L方程进行无量纲化和离散化处理,得到了基于连接变量这一辅助方法的模型。在进一步给出系统应满足的边界条件后,采用数值模拟的方法对二维超导样品在不同外加条件下的磁通演化过程及达到平衡态时的性质进行了研究。首先,我们模拟了在未加钉扎和电流的情况下,纯净的二维超导样品在不同磁场下的磁通分布,得到类三角晶格的磁通,并通过改变某一个参数对比样品的磁化率和自由能的变化。其次,在超导系统中加入温度因素,模拟温度对磁通涡旋的扰动作用和对超导临界电流的影响。接着在样品中引入钉扎,比较了不同的钉扎结构对磁化强度和临界电流的影响,发现当温度扰动为零时,在相同的外部磁场下,随着钉扎强度和密度的增大,样品的临界电流也随之增大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the history of superconductivity is briefly reviewed, and the Ginzburg-Landau theory describing the mixed state properties of class I superconductors is introduced, and then the dimensionless and discretization of the first and second G-L equations obtained by variation are processed. A model based on the auxiliary method of linking variables is obtained. After further giving the boundary conditions which the system should satisfy, the magnetic flux evolution process and the properties of the equilibrium state of two-dimensional superconducting samples under different external conditions are studied by numerical simulation. First of all, we simulate the flux distribution of pure two-dimensional superconducting samples in different magnetic fields without pinning and current, and get the flux of triangular lattice. The change of magnetic susceptibility and free energy of the sample was compared by changing a certain parameter. Secondly, the effect of temperature on flux vortex and superconducting critical current is simulated by adding temperature factor into superconducting system. The effect of different pinning structures on magnetization and critical current is compared. It is found that when the temperature perturbation is 00:00, under the same external magnetic field, the pinning intensity and density increase with the increase of pinning intensity and density. The critical current of the sample also increases.
