索氏提取法——一种直观定量表征硅橡胶功能涂层交联度的新方法

【摘要】:基于索氏提取法,建立了一种可直观、定量地表征硅橡胶功能涂层交联度的新方法,并通过傅里叶红外光谱法对索氏提取法的可靠性进行了验证。采用此方法,结合功能涂层中硅橡胶树脂微观结构、固化性能的分析,初步建立了硅橡胶功能涂层催化剂浓度与交联度的关联关系。最后,采用统计力学的方法对硅橡胶功能涂层临界交联度进行了计算,依据测定的交联度定量地研究了硅橡胶功能涂层的固化程度。
[Abstract]:Based on the Soxhlet extraction method, a new method was established to characterize the crosslinking degree of functional coating of silicone rubber directly and quantitatively, and the reliability of Soxhlet extraction method was verified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Based on the analysis of the microstructure and curing properties of silicone rubber resin in the functional coating, the correlation between the concentration of catalyst and the crosslinking degree of the functional coating was preliminarily established. Finally, the critical crosslinking degree of silicone rubber functional coating was calculated by statistical mechanics method, and the curing degree of silicone rubber functional coating was quantitatively studied according to the measured crosslinking degree.
