用DL-411改性的某含钒页岩提钒渣填充聚丙烯制备复合材料

【摘要】:在对某含钒页岩提钒渣进行物理化学特性分析的基础上,对其进行了表面改性,以作为聚合物填料。对比了3种偶联剂对钒尾渣的改性效果及对复合材料的力学性能影响,并确定了该钒尾渣的表面改性工艺。结果表明:铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411对钒尾渣改性效果最好,其与钒尾渣质量比为1.2%,改性温度为100℃时,钒尾渣活性指数达95.53%。FTIR分析表明,DL-411在钒尾渣表面结合能力最强。XRD分析表明,钒尾渣对聚丙烯(PP)有异相成核作用,诱导PP中β晶型形成,DL-411改性能显著增强成核作用,使复合材料具有更高的强度和更好的韧性。当改性钒尾渣填充量(改性钒尾渣与聚丙烯的质量比)为10%时,复合材料的拉伸强度、抗冲击强度和抗弯曲强度分别为47.51MPa、38.43 k J/m~2、59.57 MPa。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of vanadium-bearing shale-containing vanadium-extracted slag, the surface of the slag was modified to be used as polymer filler. The effects of three coupling agents on the modification of vanadium tail slag and the mechanical properties of the composite were compared, and the surface modification process of the vanadium tail slag was determined.
