烧结温度、配比及粒径对Al-Teflon准静压反应的影响

【摘要】:为确定烧结温度、材料配比及粒径对铝-特氟龙(Al-Teflon)准静压反应现象的影响,利用万能实验机对Al-Teflon进行了准静态压缩试验。得到了烧结温度、配比及粒径影响下试件的应力应变曲线及反应率数据。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行了微观形貌分析。结果表明,烧结温度、材料配比及粒径均影响材料的力学特性,改变了材料的形变及裂纹形成模式,进而影响准静压起始反应的激发;同时,材料配比影响反应完全度,当材料配比偏离化学平衡配比时,出现不完全反应现象;而随粒径减小,反应烈度及反应速率增加。Al-Teflon能够发生准静压反应的材料-工艺范围为:烧结温度320~370℃,Al质量分数16%~36%,Al粉粒径小于12~14μm。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the effects of sintering temperature, material ratio and particle size on the quasi-static pressure reaction of Al-terfluron (Al-Teflon), quasi-static compression tests of Al-Teflon were carried out with a universal experimental machine. The stress-strain curve and reaction rate data were obtained under the influence of sintering temperature, ratio and particle size. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) (SEM) was used to analyze the micromorphology. The results show that the sintering temperature, material ratio and particle size all affect the mechanical properties of the material, change the deformation and crack formation mode of the material, and then affect the excitation of quasi-static pressure initiation reaction. At the same time, the ratio of materials affects the degree of complete reaction, when the ratio of materials deviates from the chemical equilibrium ratio, the phenomenon of incomplete reaction occurs. However, with the decrease of particle size, the reaction intensity and reaction rate increase.
