双活性中心抗菌剂磷钼钒杂多酸季铵盐的抑菌性能研究

【摘要】:采用水热法制备了含有不同钒原子数的Keggin型磷钼钒杂多酸季铵盐PMo_(12-x)V_xO_(40)-TBAB(x=1~4,TBAB为四丁基溴化铵),选用大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等4种菌种进行了抑菌性能测试。结果表明,合成的4种抗菌剂对大肠杆菌等菌种均有不同程度的抑菌效果,并且随着抗菌剂中钒原子数的增加,抑菌效果逐渐增强,是TBAB的1~2倍,其中PMo_8V_4O_(40)-TBAB对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最好。
[Abstract]:PMo_ (12-x) V _ XO _ (40) -TBAB containing different vanadium atom numbers of Keggin type quaternary ammonium phosphate molybdovanadate was prepared by hydrothermal method, and Escherichia coli was used to prepare quaternary ammonium phosphate (PMo_ (12-x) V _ XO _ (40) TBAB). Four strains of Staphylococcus aureus were tested for their bacteriostasis. The results showed that the four kinds of antimicrobial agents had different degree of bacteriostatic effect on E. coli and other strains, and with the increase of vanadium atom number in antimicrobial agents, the bacteriostatic effect was gradually enhanced, which was 1 / 2 times of that of TBAB. Among them, PMo_8V_4O_ (40)-TBAB had the best bacteriostasis effect on Escherichia coli.
