高性能新疆YX-3有机土的制备与评价

【摘要】:利用阳离子交换的原理,将阳离子表面活性剂引入膨润土晶层间,使其有机阳离子与晶层间的无机阳离子进行交换,得到高性能的有机土。有机土最大的特点就是在有机溶剂中具有更加优良的凝胶和触变性能,使其在油基钻井液、油漆、润滑油、污水处理、复合材料等方面有了广泛的应用。本实验选用新疆X-1、X-2和X-3三种钙基膨润土作为原料,以碳酸钠作为钠化剂,利用单因素法和正交试验法分析在不同钠化环境下3种膨润土的胶质价、膨胀容和阳离子交换容量的变化,通过对胶质价、膨胀容和阳离子交换容量的比较,最终优选出新疆X-3膨润土,得到最佳工艺条件为:钠化剂加量4%,反应温度60℃,反应时间120min,膨润土浓度为6%。选用阳离子双子表面活性剂16-4-16与十六烷基三甲基氯化铵1631复配,在复配比例为2:1下,利用湿法制备有机土YX-3,得到最佳有机化改性条件:复配型改性剂加量为30%,反应温度为75℃,反应pH值为8,反应时间为120min。利用红外光谱仪对新疆YX-3有机土进行红外光谱分析,由红外光谱数据可知,可以判断合成物是目的产物YX-3有机土。对新疆YX-3有机土的胶体率、表观粘度、塑性粘度、动切力以及滤失量进行了测定和评价,证明了新疆YX-3有机土比现场作业使用的M-B有机土的性能更加优异,并对YX-3有机土在柴油、白油和两种基液下的抗温性能进行了评价,发现YX-3有机土具有良好的抗温性能,可抗温210℃~220℃。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of cation exchange, cationic surfactants were introduced into bentonite interlayer to exchange organic cations with inorganic cations. Organic soil is characterized by its excellent gel and thixotropic properties in organic solvents, which make it widely used in oil-based drilling fluid, paint, lubricating oil, sewage treatment, composite materials and so on. In this experiment, X-1 X-2 and X-3 calcium based bentonite were used as raw materials, sodium carbonate was used as sodium agent, the colloidal value of three kinds of bentonite in different natrifying environment was analyzed by single factor method and orthogonal test. By comparing the colloidal valence, swelling capacity and cation exchange capacity, the X-3 bentonite in Xinjiang was selected.
