可逆感温变色绝缘材料的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】:采用两步法制备了可逆感温变色绝缘材料,探讨了乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)比例以及过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的添加量对绝缘材料可逆变色性能、力学性能、硬度和电学性能的影响。结果表明,添加质量分数为1%的感温变色粉所制备的绝缘材料在75℃时均可实现由黄色到白色的反复可逆变色。绝缘材料的硬度随EPDM含量增加而下降,表面电阻率和体积电阻率随DCP含量增加而上升,当POE/EPDM比例为70/30及DCP质量分数为2%时,绝缘材料的综合力学性能最佳。
[Abstract]:Reversible temperature-sensitive discoloration insulating materials were prepared by two-step method. The reversible chromotropic properties of ethylene-octene copolymer (POE) / ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) ratio and the addition of diisopropylbenzene peroxide (DCP) to the insulating materials were investigated. Effects of mechanical properties, hardness and electrical properties. The results show that the insulating materials prepared by adding 1% temperature sensitive discoloration powder with mass fraction of 1% can achieve repeated reversible color change from yellow to white at 75 鈩,
