复合材料层合板力学性能模拟数据库
[Abstract]:In this paper, a simulation database of mechanical properties of composite laminates is built on the platform of Visual FoxPro 9.0. This database mainly includes the following three modules: first, the database maintenance module of composite laminate mechanical properties simulation. Second, the mechanical information query module of composite monolayer plate. Third, the composite laminated plate strength simulation APDL code automatic generation module. In the process of setting up the database, the interface of the three modules mentioned above is first established, and then the data connection relationship between the modules is established, which constitutes the overall framework of the database. Then the detailed function design and interface design of each module interface are carried out, and the new method program and properties are added, and the corresponding code is compiled. Finally, the database is constructed. The functions of each module of the database are as follows: 1. The main functions of the database maintenance module are as follows: at the interface of the module, the basic mechanical information such as transverse modulus of elasticity, longitudinal Poisson's ratio, and the basic mechanical information of the single layer plate collected in the database can be obtained by the user. In-plane shear modulus, transverse tensile strength, transverse compression strength, longitudinal tensile strength, longitudinal compression strength and in-plane shear strength are systematically managed, including adding, modifying, deleting records, etc. It can also be included in the database of engineering mechanical constants and simulation conditions of composite laminates, which is convenient to query and manage. The main functions of the information query module of composite monolayer plate are as follows: the module can query the basic mechanical information of monolayer plate, and the user can set "output field" in the interface of the module. Conditions such as query conditions and sort fields can quickly find composite monolayers that meet the criteria. Thirdly, the automatic code generation module of composite laminates has the following functions: the module includes a code framework written by APDL, a batch language supported by ANSYS finite element analysis software. The database will automatically select the engineering mechanical constants and the number of layers of the selected monolayer plate by selecting the material and parameters of the composite monolayer board on the interface of the module. The data such as laying angle and model size are automatically filled into the APDL code frame and a program code file is generated automatically. The program file can be run directly by using ANSYS and the final strength of composite laminates can be obtained.
