压痕硬度测试技术中计算方法的改进

【摘要】:基于Attaf和Jha等提出的理论,在Oliver-Pharr(OP)法计算压痕硬度的基础上,分别建立了卸载功、卸载斜率和压痕硬度之间的解析模型;用此模型计算得到了压痕硬度并与面积法计算的结果进行了对比分析,分析了卸载斜率和卸载功的计算误差对压痕硬度的影响。结果表明:卸载斜率的计算精度受数据采集误差的影响较大,以卸载功计算压痕硬度则可避免数据采集误差的影响;与OP法相比,以卸载功计算的压痕硬度与面积法得到的更为接近;卸载斜率计算误差对压痕硬度计算精度的影响大于卸载功计算误差的。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory proposed by Attaf and Jha, the analytical models between unloading work, unloading slope and indentation hardness are established on the basis of Oliver-Pharr (OP) method. The indentation hardness is calculated by this model and compared with the results calculated by the area method. The influence of the unloading slope and the calculation error of the unloading work on the indentation hardness is analyzed. The results show that the accuracy of unloading slope is greatly affected by the error of data acquisition, and the calculation of indentation hardness by unloading work can avoid the influence of data acquisition error. Compared with the OP method, the indentation hardness calculated by the unloading work is closer to that obtained by the area method, and the influence of the error of the unloading slope calculation on the precision of the indentation hardness calculation is greater than that of the unload work calculation error.
