泡沫填充密度对纺织增强材料平压性能影响

【摘要】:探讨泡沫填充密度对纺织增强复合板材平压性能的影响。以涤纶长丝为原料织制了间隔机织物,用聚氨酯泡沫填充织物的间隔,用环氧树脂对板材表面进行涂层复合,制备了三明治型复合板材。通过改变聚氨酯泡沫材料的填充量,设计加工了7种填充密度的板材,并对其平压性能进行了测试。结果表明:随着填充密度的增加,平压强度呈现整体上升趋势,增加到一个极限密度后平压强度开始下降;泡沫填充密度与板材平压强度呈抛物线关系,泡沫填充密度为0.134 5g/cm3时,板材获得最大平压强度。认为:通过测试分析可以使纺织增强复合板材获得较佳的力学性能。
[Abstract]:The effect of foam filling density on the flat pressure properties of textile reinforced composite sheet was investigated. The spacer fabric was woven from polyester filament, filled with polyurethane foam, coated with epoxy resin, and sandwich composite sheet was prepared. By changing the filling amount of polyurethane foam materials, seven kinds of filling density plates were designed and manufactured, and their flat pressure properties were tested. The results show that with the increase of filling density, the flat compressive strength increases as a whole, and then decreases after increasing to a limit density. The foam filling density has a parabola relation with the flat compressive strength of the plate. When the foam filling density is 0.134 5g/cm3, the maximum flat compressive strength of the sheet is obtained. It is considered that better mechanical properties of textile reinforced composite sheet can be obtained by testing and analysis.
