耐酸碱、耐高温的疏水亲油型油水分离材料的制备及表征

【摘要】:将芳纶纸在质量分数为20%的N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶液中浸泡15min后取出,然后采用喷枪在处理好的芳纶纸表面喷涂聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纳米颗粒,构造粘附力强的纳米级粗糙表面,制备出疏水亲油型油水分离材料。结果显示,该涂层材料在高温280℃高温下处理0.5h,其接触角仍在125°以上;在强酸强碱环境下,该芳纶纸仍能保持135°左右的水接触角。通过油水分离实验表明,该材料可有效分离轻油、重油(相对于水),分离效率高达99%以上,具有极其广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:The aramid paper was immersed in 20% N, N-dimethylacetamide (N-dimethylacetamide) solution and then taken out. Then, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) nanoparticles were sprayed on the surface of treated aramid paper by spray gun, and then polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) nanoparticles were sprayed on the surface of treated aramid paper. Hydrophobic and lipophilic oil-water separation materials were prepared by constructing nano-scale rough surface with strong adhesion power. The results show that the contact angle of the coating material is still above 125 掳after being treated at 280 鈩,
