耐温型近红外低反射与8~14μm低发射率兼容涂层的制备及性能表征

【摘要】:以青铜粉、Sm_2O_3为颜料,环氧改性有机硅为粘合剂,采用喷涂法制备了青铜-Sm_2O_3/环氧改性有机硅复合涂层。系统研究了热处理温度及热处理时间对所制备涂层外观、微结构、近红外反射率、红外发射率及力学性能的影响。结果表明:青铜-Sm_2O_3/环氧改性有机硅复合涂层最高可耐受温度可达到300℃,在300℃下热处理5h后,涂层外观、微结构基本保持不变,发射率和1.06μm近红外反射率可分别低至0.590和57.4%,力学性能保持完好,硬度、附着力和耐冲击强度可分别保持在4H、1级和50kg·cm。所制备涂层在250℃下可长时间使用,在250℃下热处理100h后,涂层外观、微结构仍然保持不变,发射率和1.06μm近红外反射率可分别低至0.558和59.3%,力学性能保持完好,硬度、附着力和耐冲击强度可分别保持在4H、1级和50kg·cm。
[Abstract]:Bronze-Sm_2O_3/ epoxy modified organosilicon composite coating was prepared by spraying method using bronze powder, Sm_2O_3 as pigment and epoxy modified silicone as binder. The effects of heat treatment temperature and time on the appearance, microstructure, near infrared reflectivity, infrared emissivity and mechanical properties of the coatings were systematically studied. The results showed that the maximum tolerable temperature of bronze-Sm_2O_3/ epoxy modified silicone composite coating was up to 300 鈩,
