固化工艺对玻璃纤维织物增强材料摩擦性能的影响

【摘要】:针对石棉摩擦材料的分解产物致癌且严重污染环境的问题,以力学性能优异的玻璃纤维织物为基体,以酚醛-缩醛黏合剂为固化剂,制成新型无石棉复合摩擦材料。研究了固化温度和固化时间、玻璃纤维织物的纤维方向以及酚醛-缩醛黏合剂对该材料摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:当固化温度为180℃,固化时间为1 h时,该复合材料表现出优异的摩擦磨损性能,摩擦因数为0.25,且磨损最小;复合摩擦材料中垂直于纤维方向的磨损量比平行于纤维方向的少;该玻璃纤维复合材料摩擦磨损性能符合使用要求,又因其成本较低、耐热性好、机械强度良好等优点,可被广泛应用于各个领域。
