木粉包覆及其对阻燃木塑复合材料的研究

【摘要】:首先对木粉进行了密胺包覆改性,并采用红外光谱、扫描电镜和热重等手段对包覆木粉进行了结构表征,结果表明木粉被成功包覆。其次将包覆后的木粉添加到聚乙烯中制备成无卤阻燃木塑复合材料,并讨论了不同条件对木塑复合材料阻燃和力学性能的影响。结果表明当木塑比为1.6∶1(质量比),复配阻燃剂配比氢氧化镁∶氢氧化铝∶红磷=2∶1∶1时,此时拉伸强度为9.84MPa,断裂伸长率为3.01%,冲击强度达到2.54kJ/m2,氧指数为30.5。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the wood flour was coated with dense amine, and the structure of the coated wood powder was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the wood flour was successfully coated. Secondly, halogen-free flame retardant wood-plastic composites were prepared by adding coated wood powder to polyethylene, and the effects of different conditions on flame retardancy and mechanical properties of wood-plastic composites were discussed.
