铺层参数对混杂复合材料偏轴拉伸性能影响

【摘要】:研究了铺层参数对纤维增强塑料排烟筒内衬偏轴拉伸性能的影响,从而为施工提供相应的数据支持。采用单向玻璃纤维布(U)/短切玻璃纤维毡(C)/乙烯基酯树脂制备层合板。设计7种不同的铺层结构:[U/U/C]、[U/U/C]2、[U/U/C]3、[U/U/C]4、[C/U/U/U/U/C]、[U/C/U/U/C/U]、[U/U/C/C/U/U],[U/U/C]为基本结构单元,[U/U/C]2、[U/U/C]3、[U/U/C]4分别为基本结构单元[U/U/C]的2叠加结构、3叠加结构和4叠加结构。采用手糊成型的方法制备板材,分别研究了基本结构单元的叠加数以及铺层顺序对7种铺层结构的偏轴拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:随着偏轴角度的增加,7种铺层结构强度逐渐下降,7种铺层结构在偏轴角度为15°时的强度相对于0°强度分别下降了49.58%、37.00%、25.98%、25.24%、40.33%、40.93%、38.80%,纤维增强塑料排烟筒内衬施工过程中造成的偏角应控制在15°以内。随着基本结构单元循环次数增加,[U/U/C]、[U/U/C]2、[U/U/C]3、[U/U/C]4四种铺层结构在0°方向的强度没有明显差异,在15°~90°偏角范围内,偏轴拉伸强度逐渐增加;[C/U/U/U/U/C]、[U/C/U/U/C/U]、[U/U/C/C/U/U]三种对称层合板在0°方向的强度比非对称[U/U/C]2提高了13.43%、25.73%和27.84%;适当增加纤维增强塑料排烟筒内衬基本结构单元数和采用对称铺层可提高偏轴强度。
[Abstract]:The effect of laying parameters on the axial tensile properties of fiber reinforced plastic smoke exhaust tube lining was studied, which provided the corresponding data support for construction. Laminated plywood was prepared by using unidirectional glass fiber cloth (U) / short cut glass fiber felt (C) / vinyl ester resin. Seven different paving structures are designed: [U/C], [U/C] 2, [U/C] 3, [U/C] 4, [C/U/C], [U/C/U], [U/C/U/U], [U/C] is the basic structural unit, [U/C] 2, [U/C] 3, [U/C] 4 is the 2 superimposed structure, 3 superimposed structure and 4 superimposed structure of the basic structural unit [U/C], respectively. The effects of the superposition number of basic structural units and the order of lamination on the axial tensile properties of seven kinds of lamination structures were studied by hand paste molding. The results show that with the increase of offset angle, the strength of seven kinds of paving structures decreases gradually, and the strength of 7 kinds of paving structures decreases 49.58%, 37.00%, 25.98% and 25.24%, respectively, compared with 0 掳strength when the eccentric axis angle is 15 掳, and the strength of 7 kinds of paving structures decreases by 49.58%, 37.00%, 25.98% and 25.24%, respectively. 40.33%, 40.93%, 38.80%. The deflection angle caused by the construction of fiber reinforced plastic smoke exhaust pipe lining should be controlled within 15 掳. With the increase of cycle times of basic structural units, there is no significant difference in the strength of [U/C], [U/C] 2, [U/C] 3, [U/C] 4 in the direction of 0 掳, in the range of 15 掳~ 90 掳deflection angle. The tensile strength of eccentric axis increases gradually. The strength of [C/U/C], [U/C/U] and [U/C/U/U] three kinds of symmetric laminated plates in the direction of 0 掳is 13.43% higher than that of asymmetric [U/C] 2. 25.73% and 27.84%; The eccentric axial strength can be improved by properly increasing the number of basic structural units of fiber reinforced plastic smoke exhaust tube lining and adopting symmetrical paving.
