燃油深度脱硫用石油焦基活性炭复合材料的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:燃油深度脱硫是提高燃油质量减少城市大气污染的重要途径,具有很重要的意义。用水蒸汽二次催化活化制备了石油焦基活性炭,考察了所制备活性炭及其载Ni-Zn复合吸附剂常温静态和高温临氢脱除燃油噻吩类硫的性能,结果如下:1、所制备的活性炭及其复合吸附剂具有典型的微孔结构;2、在活化温度、活化时间和水蒸汽用量三个因素中,活化温度是影响其吸附脱硫性能的主要因素;3、活性炭及其复合材料的吸附硫容量随着溶液中溶质的浓度增加而增大,服从Langmuir等温吸附模型;4、活性炭载Ni-Zn复合材料高温临氢化学吸附脱硫性能突出,当Ni/Zn比为0.5,载量分别为1.56和3.91 mmol/g活性炭,初始硫含量为:640ppm,360℃,空速1h-1,氢/油比为0.1mol/mol,出口硫浓度小于10ppm时,其硫吸附容量分别达到48.1和106.5 mgS/g-adsorbent,相应的金属利用率分别达到96.1%和85.4%,明显优于目前工业应用的S-Zorb吸附剂。
[Abstract]:Deep desulfurization of fuel is an important way to improve fuel quality and reduce urban air pollution, which is of great significance. Petroleum coke based activated carbon was prepared by secondary catalytic activation of steam. The static and high temperature hydrogen removal of thiophene sulfur from fuel was investigated by using activated carbon and its Ni-Zn composite adsorbents at room temperature. The results are as follows: 1. The activated carbon and its composite adsorbents have typical microporous structures. 2. Among the three factors: activation temperature, activation time and steam dosage, activation temperature is the main factor affecting its adsorption desulfurization performance. 3. The adsorption sulfur capacity of activated carbon and its composites increases with the increase of solute concentration in the solution, which obeys the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model. 4. When the ratio of Ni/Zn to Ni/Zn is 0.5, the loading of activated carbon Ni-Zn composites is 1.56 mmol/g and 3.91 mmol/g activated carbon, the initial sulfur content is 640ppm, 360 鈩,
