锻造对建筑铝基复合材料性能的影响

【摘要】:对建筑用Si C增强铝基复合材料坯料进行了锻造试验,对锻造前后试样的耐磨损性能和冲击性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明:锻造显著提高了试样的耐磨损性能和冲击性能。与锻造前相比,锻造后试样磨损30 min后的磨损体积减小61%,25℃冲击吸收功增大29%,冲击断口表现为以脆性断裂变为韧性断裂为主、脆性断裂为辅的混合断裂。
[Abstract]:The forging test of Si C reinforced aluminum matrix composite billet for building was carried out, and the wear resistance and impact properties of the samples before and after forging were tested and analyzed. The results show that the wear resistance and impact properties of the samples are significantly improved by forging.
