碳量子点抑制的光泽精化学发光

【摘要】:以柠檬酸为原料采用水热法制备了碳量子点,并研究了这种纳米粒子变化对光泽精化学发光强度的影响。实验结果表明,在传统的光泽精化学发光体系中加入碳量子点能明显抑制光泽精的化学发光强度,抑制信号与碳量子点的浓度具有相关性,并且优化了光泽精、过氧化氢和氢氧化钠浓度对发光信号的影响。在最佳实验条件下,在0.3~1.5 mmol/L碳量子点浓度范围内,发光信号的减弱值与碳量子点浓度呈线性变化关系,相关系数达到0.9903。
[Abstract]:Carbon quantum dots (QDs) were prepared by hydrothermal method with citric acid as raw material, and the effect of the change of nanoparticles on the chemiluminescence intensity of gloss essence was studied. The experimental results show that the addition of carbon quantum dots to the traditional gloss essence chemiluminescence system can obviously inhibit the chemiluminescence intensity of gloss essence, and the inhibition signal is correlated with the concentration of carbon quantum dots, and the effects of gloss essence, hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide concentration on the luminous signal are optimized. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the relationship between the weakening value of luminous signal and the concentration of carbon quantum dots is linear in the range of 0.3 鈮,
