粘度对红外低发射率灰色涂层性能的影响

【摘要】:选择不同粘度的料浆制得涂层,探究粘度对于涂层各性能的影响。对制得的涂层进行表面观察,采用发射率仪、色差仪及光泽度仪分别对其发射率、明度及光泽度进行测试,并采用SEM对涂层表面形貌进行分析,最后测试涂层的力学及耐盐雾性能。结果表明:当料浆粘度在15~20 s时,涂层表面状况较好,铝粉可以被炭黑粒子均匀地覆盖,涂层明度约为53,光泽度低至6.5,改变颜色的同时仍满足低发射率的要求,约为0.14,且涂层具有优异的力学性能及耐盐雾性能。
[Abstract]:The coating was prepared by selecting different viscosity slurry, and the effect of viscosity on the properties of the coating was investigated. The surface of the coating was observed, the emissivity, brightness and gloss of the coating were measured by emissivity instrument, color difference instrument and gloss meter, and the surface morphology of the coating was analyzed by SEM.
