稀土掺杂碳酸钙/聚丙烯可调色复合材料的制备及性能(英文)

采用微波辅助共沉淀法合成CaCO3:RE3+(RE=Eu,Tb,Ce)荧光粉,然后与聚丙烯(PP)密炼制备成CaCO3:RE3+/PP可调色复合材料。通过光致发光光谱和激发光谱、色坐标、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜,研究了不同荧光粉的添加对复合材料力学性能和发光性能的影响。结果表明:荧光粉能均匀分布在PP中,且荧光粉含量(质量分数)为5%时,复合材料的综合力学性能和发光性能最佳;CaCO3:Eu3+/PP、CaCO3:Tb3+/PP和CaCO3:Ce3+/PP在紫外灯照射下分别发出红色、绿色和紫色光;通过改变不同荧光粉的含量能够有效调节复合材料发光颜色;改变激发波长同样能达到对复合材料调色的目的。
