氧化物基光谱型太阳能选择吸收薄膜的溶胶凝胶法制备、结构与性能研究

  工业发展带来的全球能源危机是21世纪的主要问题之一。能源生产通常伴随着巨大的环境问题,这促使研究人员关注廉价、清洁和可再生能源以促进社会的可持续发展。在多种可再生能源中,太阳能环保、丰富且容易取得。相对于裂变燃料,太阳能具有加工简单,成本低和商业化规模大的潜在优势。与光电转换相比,光热转换的主要优点是利用了整个太阳光谱能量并具有更高的能量转换效率。太阳能选择性吸收涂层是太阳能—热能转换系统的主要组成部分。高效太阳能选择性吸收膜需要太阳光谱范围内的高吸收率和热辐射范围内的低发射率,也被称为“理想太阳能选择性涂层”。研究人员一直在努力提高材料性能,使用不同的结构改性和复合材料来开发理想的选择性涂层。目前最广泛使用的太阳能选择性吸收膜是纳米陶瓷复合材料。虽然它在光谱选择性,薄膜结构和基材附着力方面表现出优异的性能,但是无法满足高温太阳能热应用的需求。因此我们引入了基于碳—金属氧化物的新型复合材料来改善它的高温稳定性。这种新型复合材料在热稳定性和化学稳定性方面有很大提升,且高温老化性能优异。制备方法也是非常重要的因素。目前吸收膜的主要制备方法是磁控溅射,但这种方法制备工艺复杂、成本高,因此需要...
