锚绞机轻量化技术基础研究

【摘要】:二十一世纪是海洋的时代,各国都在加大对海洋的开发力度,而对海洋的开发离不开船舶工业的支持。因此,二十一世纪也将是船舶工业高速发展的时期。锚绞机作为船舶锚泊系统的主要设备,对船舶的安全运行起着重要的作用。传统设计的锚绞机体积过于庞大,部分结构过于笨重,机械传动的效率不高,造成材料和能源的浪费。因此,对锚绞机进行轻量化技术研究,优化其结构,提高传动效率,是锚绞机和其他船舶设备未来发展的趋势。本文以锚绞机为研究对象,在满足工作要求的基础上,分别对锚绞机的锚链轮和底座进行结构优化设计,取得了较为合理的轻量化结果。本文主要的研究内容包括:分析锚绞机起锚过程的五个阶段,并对各个阶段的锚链拉力进行计算,绘制了锚绞机起锚的载荷时间历程曲线;建立了锚绞机的动力学仿真模型,对起锚过程进行仿真分析,通过仿真得到锚链轮和底座在起锚过程中的载荷;建立锚链轮和底座的有限元模型,对其静态特性和动态特性进行有限元分析,得到其等效应力和变形分布情况;根据锚链轮和底座各自的结构和载荷特点,对它们的结构进行优化,对锚链轮进行尺寸优化,而对底座进行拓扑优化和尺寸优化,在满足锚链轮、底座的强度和刚度要求的前提下,尽可能地减少重量,比较优化前后锚链轮和底座的分析结果,结合强度理论对优化后的结构进行校核,确保其满足要求。结构优化的结果表明:锚链轮和底座的减重目标基本能够达到,锚绞机的轻量化设计是比较合理的。
[Abstract]:21th century is the era of the ocean, countries are increasing the development of the ocean, and the development of the ocean can not be separated from the support of the ship industry. 21th century will also be a period of rapid development of the ship industry. As the main equipment of the ship mooring system, the anchor winch plays an important role in the safe operation of the ship. The traditional design of the anchor winch is too large. Part of the structure is too heavy, the efficiency of mechanical transmission is not high, resulting in waste of materials and energy. Therefore, the lightweight technology of anchor winch is studied to optimize its structure and improve transmission efficiency. This paper takes the anchor winch as the research object, on the basis of satisfying the working requirements, carries on the structure optimization design to the anchor chain wheel and the base of the anchor winch respectively. Reasonable lightweight results have been obtained. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: analyze the five stages of anchor lifting process of anchor winch and calculate the anchor chain tension in each stage. The load time history curve of anchor winch is drawn. The dynamic simulation model of anchor winch is established, and the load of anchor wheel and base in the process of anchor lifting is obtained by simulation. The finite element model of anchor chain wheel and base is established, and its static and dynamic characteristics are analyzed by finite element method, and the distribution of equivalent stress and deformation is obtained. According to the structure and load characteristics of the anchor chain wheel and the base, the structure of the anchor chain wheel is optimized, the dimension of the anchor chain wheel is optimized, and the topology optimization and the size optimization of the base are carried out to satisfy the anchor chain wheel. On the premise of the strength and stiffness of the base, the weight is reduced as much as possible, the analysis results of the anchor wheel and the base before and after optimization are compared, and the optimized structure is checked with the strength theory. The results of structural optimization show that the weight loss target of anchor chain wheel and base can be basically achieved and the lightweight design of anchor winch is reasonable.
