【摘要】:每年冬季渤海海冰的出现,对海洋工程设施的正常工作形成了较大的威胁。冰区作业的海洋平台的人员输送、物资供给等相关生产活动只有破冰船才能完成,可见随着冰区海洋作业的日益蓬勃发展,现代破冰船所肩负的任务已经越来越广泛和重要。本文进行了破冰船破冰过程的机理分析、破冰过程中冰力的计算以及冰力引起船的运动响应分析等方面的研究工作: (1)通过MOSES软件建立了多用途破冰工作船的数值模型。 (2)分析破冰船破冰过程的机理,建立起破冰船正向与冰排作用过程中的复合式冰排断裂模式,,指出船艏冰排径向裂纹的扩展这一关键影响因子。考虑到倒锥体前冰排的破坏现象与船艏前冰排破坏现象的相似性,以实验数据为基础,推衍出作用破冰船船艏的冰力函数。 (3)对破冰船在航行过程以及系泊状态下与海冰作用的过程进行了模拟计算,重点考察了破冰船逆流与顺流航行状态下的运动响应差别,发现随着相对冰速的变化,这种运动响应的差别是规律性变化的。然后分析了系泊状态下的最大系缆力,并计算了载荷放大系数。
[Abstract]:The occurrence of sea ice in the Bohai Sea in winter is a great threat to the normal operation of marine engineering facilities . Only ice - breaking vessels can be completed by personnel transportation , material supply and other related production activities of offshore platforms operating in the ice area . As the marine operation in the ice area is booming , the task of modern icebreaker has become more and more extensive and important . This paper studies the mechanism analysis of the ice breaking process , the calculation of ice force during the ice breaking process , and the research work on the movement response analysis of the ship caused by ice force : ( 1 ) Based on MOSES software , a numerical model of multi - purpose ice - breaking working ship is established . ( 2 ) To analyze the mechanism of ice breaking process of icebreaker , establish the composite ice bank break model in the process of forward and ice discharge of icebreaker , and point out the key factor of the expansion of the radial crack in the bow ice bank . Considering the similarity between the damage of the front ice bank and the damage of the front ice bank of the ship , the ice force function of the bow of the icebreaker is deduced based on the experimental data . ( 3 ) The process of ice - breaking ship in the course of navigation and under the condition of mooring and sea ice is simulated . The difference of the movement response of the icebreaker under the condition of reverse flow and forward flow is studied . It is found that with the change of relative ice speed , the difference of the motion response is regular . Then the maximum mooring force in the mooring state is analyzed , and the load amplification factor is calculated .
