【摘要】:油气价格的日益上涨以及陆上油气资源的逐渐枯竭导致世界上许多国家开始探索新的能源供给资源,各国纷纷将目光转移到蕴含着丰富油气资源的海上。然而海上钻井平台开采出的石油天然气除了少数是通过大型的运输船运输到陆地上之外,绝大多数的油气资源是通过海底运输管道运输到陆地,在海底铺设油气运输管道必须使用专业的铺设工具---铺管船,巨大的经济利益促使着世界各国纷纷加大在海洋工程设备上的研发投入。海洋环境复杂多变,铺管船需要适应灾害性的环境,然而铺管船的铺管作业环境目前国内尚未建立有效的管理监测系统,本文从铺管船的作业环境出发,结合信息系统的应用原理和方法,对铺管船作业环境管理监测系统进行开发和研究,为决策提供科学的依据,以便管理人员做出正确的决策指导,减小作业人员和财产风险。 本文将在总结信息系统在其他行业上成功应用经验的基础上并结合铺管船的作业特点以MATLAB为开发工具对铺管船作业环境管理监测系统进行开发。MATLAB具有强大的数值计算功能,通过MATLAB在后台对采集的数据进行分析计算,MATLAB GUI编写系统的图形用户界面以及MATLAB Database Toolbox与数据库连接。 首先对铺管船作业环境管理监测系统进行系统分析。通过需求分析对铺管船作业环境管理监测系统的整体情况作全面的、详细的调查。根据用户需求确定管理监测系统的目标:能够为管理人员提供决策支持、能够在铺管作业过程中能够指导铺管作业、管理监测系统必须安全、可靠、易操作。 然后对铺管船作业环境管理监测系统进行系统设计。设计铺管船作业环境监测管理信息系统是在系统分析的基础之上进行的,系统设计的过程就是一个由抽象到具体的过程。在系统设计阶段,,开发人员的主要工作是确定该系统的功能模块及其之间的相互关系,本文的研究对象需要进行登录界面模块的设计、流速剖面模块的设计、船姿态模拟模块的设计、海洋表面监测模块的设计及导入导出模块的设计。 最后对铺管船作业环境管理监测系统进行系统开发。系统开发阶段的任务是将系统设计阶段的模型进行软件编程实现,软件开发出来以后必须对软件功能进行测试。计算机编程实现是指按照系统设计的方案,选择合适的系统开发平台,通过特定的编程语言对系统设计的物理方案进行开发的过程。系统测试的目的就是检测开发者在系统设计和开发阶段的工作是否有存在漏洞的过程。 通过本文的研究证明,该系统可以对海上铺管、运输和吊装等作业进行指导。该系统实现了对船舶的姿态、海表数据和流速剖面三类信息的监测和数据管理,为决策提供科学的依据,减小作业人员和财产的风险。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of oil and gas prices and the gradual depletion of onshore oil and gas resources, many countries in the world begin to explore new energy supply resources. Countries have turned their attention to the rich oil and gas offshore. However, the oil and gas produced by offshore drilling platforms are transported to land by a small number of large transport vessels. The vast majority of oil and gas resources are transported to land through submarine transportation pipeline. Huge economic benefits have prompted countries around the world to increase their R & D investment in marine engineering equipment. The marine environment is complex and changeable, and pipe-laying ships need to adapt to the disastrous environment. However, the pipe-laying environment of pipe-laying ship has not yet established an effective management and monitoring system in China. This paper starts from the working environment of pipe-laying ship and combines the application principle and method of information system. The environmental management and monitoring system of pipe-laying ship operation is developed and studied to provide scientific basis for decision making so that managers can make correct decision guidance and reduce the risk of operators and property. Based on the experience of successful application of information system in other industries and combined with the characteristics of tube-laying ship, this paper develops an environmental management and monitoring system for pipe-laying ship with MATLAB as a development tool. ATLAB has a powerful function of numerical calculation. The data collected in the background are analyzed and calculated by MATLAB. MATLAB GUI is used to write the graphical user interface of the system and MATLAB Database Toolbox is connected to the database. First of all, the environmental management monitoring system of pipe laying ship is analyzed systematically, and the overall situation of the environmental management monitoring system of pipe laying ship operation is comprehensively analyzed through demand analysis. Detailed investigation. According to the needs of users to determine the objectives of the management monitoring system: can provide decision-making support for managers, can be able to guide the laying process of pipe laying, management monitoring system must be safe. Reliable and easy to operate. Then the system design of the environmental management monitoring system for the pipeline laying operation is carried out on the basis of the system analysis, and the design of the management information system for the environmental monitoring of the pipeline laying operation is based on the analysis of the system. The process of system design is a process from abstract to concrete. In the stage of system design, the main work of the developer is to determine the functional modules of the system and the relationship between them. The object of this paper is to design the login interface module, the velocity profile module, the ship attitude simulation module, the ocean surface monitoring module and the import and export module. Finally, the system development of the environment management monitoring system for pipeline laying operation is carried out. The task of the system development stage is to implement the model of the system design phase by software programming. It is necessary to test the function of the software after the development of the software. The realization of computer programming is to select the appropriate system development platform according to the scheme of the system design. The process of developing the physical scheme of system design by a specific programming language. The purpose of system testing is to detect whether there is a loophole in the developer's work in the design and development phase of the system. Through the research in this paper, it is proved that the system can guide the operation of laying, transporting and hoisting at sea, and the system realizes the monitoring and data management of the ship's attitude, sea surface data and velocity profile. To provide scientific basis for decision-making, reduce the risk of operators and property.
