基于STM32的渔船油耗监测系统设计

【摘要】:针对渔船燃油消耗过高以及渔业监管部门对大量渔船监管不便的问题,利用物联网无线通信技术的功能,设计基于STM32的渔船油耗监测系统,系统由监测中心计算机、油耗数据采集网关、无线传透模块和感应式流量计构成。利用CC2530F256芯片为核心的ZigBee模块,实现全港口网络互联的功能。下行通过ZigBee协调器与分布在渔船上的ZigBee路由器联网,实现渔船油耗数据的采集与传输,经由油耗数据采集网关主控芯片STM32F207Z进行数据的解析与存储,上行通过RS232实现与监测计算机的通讯。在福州某港口试验证明,可实现渔船油耗实时数据采集和监管部门对渔船的远程监测。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of excessive fuel consumption of fishing vessels and the inconvenience of supervision of a large number of fishing vessels by the fishery supervision department, a fishing vessel fuel consumption monitoring system based on STM32 is designed by using the function of wireless communication technology of the Internet of things. The system is composed of monitoring center computer, fuel consumption data acquisition gateway, wireless transmission module and inductive Flowmeter. The ZigBee module is based on CC2530F256 chip. Through the ZigBee coordinator and the ZigBee router distributed on the fishing vessel, the data collection and transmission of the fuel consumption of the fishing vessel can be realized. The data is analyzed and stored by the main control chip STM32F207Z of the fuel consumption data acquisition gateway, and the communication with the monitoring computer is realized through the uplink RS232, which is proved by the test in a port in Fuzhou. It can realize real-time data acquisition of fuel consumption of fishing vessel and remote monitoring of fishing vessel by supervision department.
