大型集装箱船船桨舵干扰特性数值模拟与分析

【摘要】:以KCS船为研究对象,基于计算流体力学(computational fluid dyamics,CFD)方法,运用滑移网格技术,对粘性流场中的裸船体、船桨、船桨舵进行计及自由液面的非定常干扰数值模拟.计算了裸船体的阻力,船桨及船桨舵在螺旋桨转速分别为9.1~9.9(r·s-1)共9个工况下的阻力值.计算结果表明:船与船桨的阻力计算结果与实验结果吻合良好,相对误差均在5%以内,并得出与实验结果相匹配的螺旋桨转速.通过对船桨舵的整体求解,讨论了螺旋桨及舵对船体尾流场的影响,得出船尾部的速度与压力分布状况,对船舶实际流场的预报具有实际意义.
[Abstract]:Taking KCS ship as research object, based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method and sliding grid technique, the naked hull and propeller in viscous flow field are studied. Numerical simulation of unsteady disturbance with free liquid surface is carried out on the propeller rudder. The resistance of the naked hull is calculated. The resistance values of propeller and rudder under 9 working conditions of propeller speed of 9.1 ~ 9.9r 路s-1.The calculated results show that the calculated results of ship and propeller resistance are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the relative errors are within 5%. The effects of propeller and rudder on the wake flow field of the ship are discussed, and the velocity and pressure distribution of the stern of the ship is obtained. It is of practical significance for the prediction of ship's actual flow field.
