定桨距变频型交流轴带电机控制系统研究

【摘要】:定桨距船舶轴带电机系统在船舶航行过程中,既可作为电动机为船舶提供推进动力,也可作为发电机为船舶电网供电。本文研究基于四象限变流器驱动的永磁同步电机双闭环矢量控制系统,实现能量的双向流动,达到一机多用的目的。首先,分析船舶轴带电机控制系统的拓扑结构,建立永磁同步电机的数学模型,研究变流装置驱动船用轴带电机的双闭环矢量控制方法,提出定向解耦控制策略,确定PWM整流器和永磁同步电机一体化控制算法。然后,研究船舶轴带电机在发电状态下的无功功率补偿方法,以单位功率因数并网为目的,利用瞬时无功功率检测方法,对并网瞬时电流进行实时跟踪控制。根据无功发生器SVG的工作特性,提出多种无功功率补偿控制策略。最后,针对双闭环船舶轴带电机控制系统,建立双闭环矢量控制系统和无功功率发生器SVG的Matlab仿真模型。结果表明,在直流母线电压恒定的情况下,双闭环矢量控制系统能够实现船舶轴带电机的能量双向流动,具有发电和电动双重功能。经过无功发生器进行无功补偿的电能的功率因数有着明显改善,并网后对电网污染显著下降。
[Abstract]:The shaft belt motor system of a ship with fixed propeller pitch can be used as a motor to provide propulsion power to the ship during the course of the ship's navigation. The double closed loop vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on four-quadrant converter is studied in this paper, which realizes the two-way flow of energy and achieves the purpose of multi-purpose. The topology of marine shaft belt motor control system is analyzed, the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established, the dual closed loop vector control method of marine shaft belt motor driven by variable current device is studied, and the directional decoupling control strategy is put forward. The integrated control algorithm of PWM rectifier and permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is determined. Then, the reactive power compensation method of ship shaft belt motor under the condition of generating power is studied, and the instantaneous reactive power detection method is used to connect the unit power factor to the grid. According to the working characteristics of the reactive power generator (SVG), a variety of reactive power compensation control strategies are proposed. Finally, for the double closed loop ship shaft belt motor control system, The Matlab simulation model of double closed loop vector control system and reactive power generator (SVG) is established. The results show that the double closed loop vector control system can realize the bidirectional energy flow of ship shaft belt motor under the condition of constant DC bus voltage. The power factor of reactive power compensated by reactive power generator has been improved obviously, and the pollution to the power network has been decreased significantly after being connected to the grid.
