基于GPRS的太阳能游览船舶无线监控管理系统研发

【摘要】:随着旅游经济的蓬勃发展,水上旅游越来越成为城市旅游的发展方向。然而,大部分现有游览船舶采用柴油机推进,将不可避免产生环境污染和气体排放,从而恶化游区的生态环境。因此,,利用太阳能发电技术、高性能锂电池储能技术以及结合先进电力推进技术,开发新能源综合电力推进系统代替普通游船的柴油机推进,将可以有效的控制环境污染及其气体排放。新能源船舶技术将会得到越来越广泛的应用。 新能源游览船舶采用较多先进的技术,系统组成复杂,而且游览船舶较小,不能配备专门的技术人员,如果设备管理不到位,不能及时的处理船舶使用中出现的问题,将对船舶的安全运营产生很大影响。因此,采用无线监控技术,实现游览船舶设备数据采集和管理就成了一种解决方案。本文在相关课题的支持下,以太阳能为主要能源的双体游览船舶综合电力推进系统为对象,分析系统无线监控要求,以PLC为主控制器,研究无线监控系统的拓扑结构和软硬件开发,提高船舶运行安全性能和远程管理。主要工作内容安排如下: 1、介绍太阳能船舶的综合电力推进系统结构,分析各个组成系统的功能,提取性能参数,实现监控系统功能要求分析。 2、分析各种远程数据传输及监控系统的优缺点,根据游览船舶的特点,采用无线传输模块DTU,结合了现代移动通信技术,提出了基于Delphi无线监控管理系统的设计方案。 3、基于S7-300PLC的太阳能游览船舶能量控制系统,搭建无线监控系统硬件平台,开发基于Delphi的上位机无线数据传输接口程序,实现数据的无线传输。 4、开发基于Delphi的上位机太阳能游览船舶监控软件,以及基于SQL Sever2005数据库开发的数据中心,实现数据显示与存储。 本开发系统在船舶综合实验平台上搭建测试,并在实船上得到应用,通过实验观测,对比游船无线监控管理系统采集到的数据与游船实际的航行数据,结果一致,基于GPRS的太阳能游览船舶无线监控管理系统实现了游船数据监控与管理,达到系统预期的效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism economy, water tourism has become the development direction of urban tourism. However, most of the existing cruise ships are propelled by diesel engine, which will inevitably produce environmental pollution and gas emissions. Therefore, using solar power generation technology, high performance lithium battery energy storage technology and combined with advanced electric propulsion technology, develop a new energy integrated electric propulsion system instead of ordinary cruise ship diesel propulsion. New energy ship technology will be used more and more widely. New energy cruise ships adopt more advanced technologies, the system composition is complex, and the cruise ships are small and cannot be equipped with special technical personnel. If the equipment management is not in place, the problems arising in the use of the ships cannot be dealt with in a timely manner. Therefore, using wireless monitoring technology to realize the data collection and management of cruise equipment becomes a solution. With the support of related topics, this paper, with the support of related topics, will have a great impact on the safe operation of ships. Taking the solar energy as the main energy source, the catamaran integrated electric propulsion system is taken as the object, and the requirement of wireless monitoring system is analyzed. The topology structure and software and hardware development of the wireless monitoring system are studied with PLC as the main controller. To improve the safety performance and remote management of ships. The main tasks are as follows:. 1. The structure of integrated electric propulsion system of solar ship is introduced, the function of each component system is analyzed, the performance parameter is extracted, and the function requirement of monitoring system is analyzed. 2. The advantages and disadvantages of various remote data transmission and monitoring systems are analyzed. According to the characteristics of cruise ships, the wireless transmission module DTU is adopted and the modern mobile communication technology is combined. The design scheme of wireless monitoring and management system based on Delphi is put forward. 3. The solar energy control system based on S7-300 PLC is used to build the hardware platform of the wireless monitoring system, and the wireless data transmission interface program based on Delphi is developed to realize the wireless data transmission. 4. The monitoring software of upper computer solar energy cruise ship based on Delphi and the data center based on SQL Sever2005 database are developed to realize data display and storage. The development system is built and tested on the comprehensive ship experimental platform, and is applied on the real ship. Through the experimental observation, the data collected by the wireless monitoring and management system of cruise ship are compared with the actual navigation data of the cruise ship, and the results are consistent. The wireless monitoring and management system of solar cruise ship based on GPRS realizes the data monitoring and management of cruise ship, and achieves the desired effect.
