受损板架的抗连续垮塌研究

【摘要】:船舶板架结构在运行中难免遭受意外损伤,损伤板架的抗连续垮塌是业界普遍关注的热点问题。IMO(国际海事组织)要求证明按即将实施的HCSR(国际共同规范)设计的板架结构具备了抗连续垮塌能力。 本文首先综述了结构连续垮塌问题的国内外研究进展。对受损板架的损伤模式进行了归纳、分析和比较,提出了两种损伤模型,根据HCSR规范屈曲评估方法,给出了损伤板架抗连续垮塌问题的评估准则和计算方法。编制了屈曲利用因子计算程序,进行多艘CSR船舶板架计算,结果表明按规范设计的船体板架,在局部受损后仍然具有足够的抗连续垮塌的能力。最后结合CSR实船的计算结果,在适当的假设和简化的基础上,应用过载法推导出一根扶强材破损不导致毗邻扶强材屈曲的剖面模数公式。
[Abstract]:During the operation of the ship's slab-frame structure, it is inevitable to suffer accidental damage, The continuous collapse resistance of damaged slabs is a hot issue in the industry. IMO (International Maritime Organization) requires that the structure designed according to the upcoming HCSRs (International Common Specification) has the ability to resist continuous collapse. In this paper, the research progress of continuous collapse of structures at home and abroad is first reviewed. The damage modes of damaged slabs are summarized, analyzed and compared, and two damage models are proposed. According to the HCSR code, the buckling evaluation method is presented. The evaluation criteria and calculation methods for the continuous collapse resistance of damaged slabs are presented. A program for calculating the buckling utilization factor is developed to calculate the slabs of several CSR ships. The results show that the hull slabs are designed according to the specifications. It still has sufficient ability to resist continuous collapse after partial damage. Finally, combined with the calculation results of CSR ship, on the basis of proper assumption and simplification, By using the overload method, a formula of section modulus is derived that the failure of a reinforced wood does not result in the buckling of the adjacent reinforced material.
